These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StayVisible platform ("Service"), operated by StayVisible ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
StayVisible is a technology platform that connects AI assistants (such as Claude and ChatGPT) to vacation rental property inventory. The Service enables users to search for available properties, check live availability, retrieve pricing information, and receive direct booking links to property hosts' websites.
StayVisible is a discovery and information service only. We are not a travel agency, property manager, landlord, or booking platform. We do not own, manage, or operate any vacation rental properties. We do not process payments or hold funds.
Any booking you make as a result of using StayVisible is a direct transaction between you and the property host or property manager. StayVisible is not a party to that transaction. All booking terms, cancellation policies, payment terms, and house rules are set by the individual property host and are governed by their booking agreement.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of property descriptions, availability, or pricing displayed by property management systems. Pricing shown through the Service is provided in real time from third-party systems and may be subject to change.

The StayVisible platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by StayVisible and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
Property descriptions, photos, and pricing data displayed through the Service remain the property of their respective owners.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF PROPERTY AVAILABILITY OR PRICING INFORMATION. ALWAYS CONFIRM DETAILS DIRECTLY WITH THE PROPERTY HOST BEFORE COMPLETING A BOOKING.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAYVISIBLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES ARISING FROM INACCURATE PROPERTY INFORMATION, FAILED BOOKINGS, OR DISPUTES WITH PROPERTY HOSTS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StayVisible and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
The Service generates links to third-party websites operated by property hosts and managers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites. Your use of those websites is governed by their own terms and policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
